Credits and plans

Job, database and boost credits are consumed when the relevant service is used. Payment activation is subject to verification. Refunds and expiry follow the plan shown at purchase.

AI assistance

AI scores and interviews support recruiters and do not independently make final hiring decisions.

Safety

Users should report fee requests, fraud, abuse and misleading information using the portal reporting tools.
