Turant Naukri collects account, profile, employment and verification information to provide job matching and recruitment services. Candidate contact information remains masked until an authorized employer uses a database credit or receives an application, subject to portal permissions.

Use and sharing

Information is shared only with authorized users for hiring, verification, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance. We do not permit employers to sell candidate data or request illegal recruitment fees.

Security and retention

Access is role-based and sensitive actions are audited. Documents are stored outside the public directory. Records are retained only as required for service, legal, security and accounting purposes.

Your choices

Users can update profile visibility, report misuse and request account correction or deletion through support. Certain transaction and audit records may be retained where legally required.
